Yoga Club

All Ages

Mondays from 4:00 – 5:00pm 

Yoga Club is designed to offer members an opportunity to learn and practice yoga. It offers members a chance to slow down, relax and learn basic yoga poses. This program encourages members to take moments for themselves while helping them lead a healthier lifestyle.

Soccer Club focuses on basic skills and sportsmanship. Every week members learn different skills need to play soccer. They learn the rules of the game, scrimmage each other and play different drill games to keep it fun and interactive.

Tuesdays from 4:00 – 5:00pm Fitness Club focuses on teaching members the importance of a healthy living, fitness and a positive lifestyle. Members of all ages are welcome to participate in fun physical activities and learn about nutrition. Fitness Club promotes self-esteem, exercise, healthy living and a positive environment.
